At A & A Music & Art Academy, we offer engaging art classes for ages 8 and up that help students build strong drawing foundations and explore a range of creative mediums. Small class sizes (maximum of 8 students) ensure personalized instruction for beginners through advanced learners.

$35.00 per 2-hour session, paid monthly ($140 - $175/month).
Some class materials are an additional cost. Students will receive a supply list at their first class.

Our drawing classes focus on developing strong fundamentals while allowing creativity to flourish. Students start with essential drawing techniques, then explore charcoal, graphite, pen & ink, colored pencil, and more.

Explore the vibrant world of watercolor painting! Learn how to mix color, control washes, and express your artistic vision. This class is ideal for adults and seniors looking to relax, unwind, and create.

Our clay classes let students get hands-on with three-dimensional art. Learn basic sculpting and hand-building techniques while creating one-of-a-kind works of art.
In addition to weekly lessons, the academy offers the chance for the students to show off their art works for family and friends. Art exhibitions for our budding artist students are offered at local art venues where several of our students have sold some of their pieces. These are arranged occasionally by our artist faculty when there are enough participants.
We provide the materials needed for the first art class. For the Friday Clay Class, a $40.00 materials fee is due on the first day. This fee covers clay, glazes, and firing for the 4-week session.
We do not rent instruments directly. However, when we schedule your lesson, we can share recommendations for renting or purchasing an instrument so your student has what they need to practice at home.
Yes. Virtual lessons may be available for makeup lessons when needed. For regular weekly lessons, we recommend in-studio instruction whenever possible so students can receive the best hands-on guidance and support.
If your student needs to miss a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Makeup lessons may be offered at the teacher's discretion. We do our best to help students receive the lesson time they have paid for, and some makeup lessons may be held virtually if the teacher's schedule is limited.
